The staff day and night are very professional and very accommodating. Special word regarding Ang... a truly lovely person. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. I ended up staying a couple weeks and the ladies told me how to get a better rate. Always friendly and Thornton, CO isn't exactly the nicest area , the staff keep everything nice and cleaned up on the property..... I felt safe and attended to at this location. You cant beat the weekly rate for the kitchenette either!

A Realistic and Fair Look at Hometown Studios Denver-Thornton After reading some of the reviews before deciding to stay here, I felt it was important to add my own perspective—especially in response to a few comments that described the place using words like “ghetto,” as if that alone made it bad. Let’s be real: “ghetto” isn’t a synonym for unsafe or undesirable. And if anything, ghetto can be fabulous. But to be clear, this place isn’t scary or dangerous. What you’ll see here is a cross-section of real people. Most guests aren’t on vacation—they’re working, relocating, or just in a transitional phase. It’s not some luxury resort, but it also doesn’t pretend to be. It’s clean, relatively quiet, and staff do their best to keep things orderly. You might see folks outside talking or smoking, but that’s just because they can’t smoke in the rooms and the weather’s nice—not because they’re causing trouble. I’ve felt perfectly safe here, and honestly, I appreciate the down-to-earth vibe. This place is affordable, functional, and serves its purpose. Not every extended stay hotel is going to be perfect, but some of the harsher reviews seem more like class bias than fair criticism. If you're expecting the Four Seasons, you’ll be disappointed. But if you're looking for a practical place to stay with decent amenities and a diverse mix of everyday people, Hometown Studios delivers just fine.

It is what it is! Lowest price in the area. This is more of an extended -stay, so services are kinda on request,i.e Room is not cleaned automatically eachda Towels are replenished only when you return used ones by taking them to the office No breakfast of any kind, not even coffee. However, office hours are liberal and any convenience items are available. After hours courtesy phone is located right by offc door and was answered quickly and dependably by motel associates. Oh yeah, Waffle House right around the corner.

The service here is amazing. Angela is a wonderful person. She goes above and beyond for the people who stay here. She's quick, efficient, and creates bonds with the people who stay here. She is the biggest reason we continue to stay here. A kind, wonderful person. Always willing to do what she can for everyone who walks into the front office. If there's a problem she can fix she does so immediately. If she can't she ensures maintenance gets to it as soon as he can and if he's gone she does whatever she can to accommodate you until the issue is resolved. If you ever have problems with neighbors, noise, parking, your key card she's there to handle it. She's always a kind, welcoming presence. The best nights are when she is working! Angela is the absolute best.

Angela at the front desk is absolutely amazing this girl goes above and beyond for customers and her kindness glows. The room was big and spacious, clean and cozy.

This is a nice hotel. But what made my stay the best was the front desk gal-Angela. She is the best. Our room was nice, but dirt blows in under the door. All and all I’d stay here again. But on the front side.

During tough times, we found ourselves having to stay here a few weeks in November. It would have been a terrible experience if not for Angela. Angela gave such kindness, humanity, care every time we interacted with her. This is not a universal experience with other staff. Angela was the only one that treated us with dignity and respect. When we were experiencing a very humbling time, Angela was there with a warm smile and an open heart. Thank you Angela, you’re a saint and we would’ve have gotten through it without you!
